Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the wizarding wear you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is folded neatly.

• 3.
  Ship via Owl Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items at the Ministry of Logistics, your refund will be processed back to your original Muggle payment method within 7-10 business days.
